We have chosen Paypal for our credit card processing because of the robust security Paypal provides and because of Paypal's popularity with online shoppers.

It is not necessary to hold a Paypal account in order to use the Paypal payment system. You simply choose the option labelled "Don't have a Paypal account" and you will be able to complete your purchase with your credit card details.

Your purchase is completed in within the secure environment provided by PayPal and we do not record any financial or credit card information enterd through their secure site.

Out of Stock / Back Orders

Unfortunately sometimes an item might be out of stock.

Should this happen we will contact you immediately. You will be given the opportunity to cancel your order, choose an alternative product, or we can place a back order and it will be shipped to you once we have received it.

Please note: We will not back order on sale or discounted items.

Postage & Delivery

Flat rate $4.95 AUD per item for orders within Australia.

International Postage rates upon request.

Orders will be dispatched via Australia Post's Parcel Post Service within 48 hours of receiving full payment.

Returns and Exchanges

We hope you will be happy with your purchase and pride ourselves on our quality, however if for some reason you wish to return an item please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We are happy to exchange or credit (minus the delivery cost) as long as the item is in original condition with tags intact.

For faulty goods, a full refund or exchange will be given including postage. Any refund will be issued via the same payment method used for purchase within 7 days of receipt of returned goods providing the return authorisation number is clearly marked on the package.
